ÆLT is a small 'fringe bakery' in Slettestrand, which bakes good and honest sourdough bread using local ingredients from Jammerbugten. I bake rye bread, wheat bread, buns and cakes on a basis of local, organic quality flour from Agrosilvita - Vester Hedegaard Organic Grain & Mel.
