To reach Agersø, you can take the ferry from the Stigsnæs ferry terminal in southwestern Zealand, and the crossing time from Stigsnæs to Agersø is approximately 15 minutes.
What to see on Agersø? Experience Agersø - Aofærger - Slagelse Municipality. Agersø offers colorful and rare flowers, beautiful natural areas such as Egholm at the northern tip of Agersø and Omøsund in the south, where the small Helleholm is attached to Agersø. Why is it called Agersø? Agersø is known from 1231 as Akærøs, probably originally Agernæs; The island is named after a (previously) prominent promontory, used as arable 'pasture'.
