Welcome to Dingse in Aarhus C, your destination for freshly baked bread and gourmet sandwiches! Since October 2023, we, Søren and Olivia, have created a café experience that combines restaurant quality with the relaxed atmosphere of a sandwich bar. Our bread is baked daily and we ferment our sourdough for at least 48 hours for the best taste. We also serve our own homemade soda water made from fresh fruit without added sugar. Our sandwiches are filled with seasonal ingredients from local suppliers, such as Gastro Import and Havnens Fiskehus.
