Experience HGL - Holbæk's Green Lung, a dynamic communication center for climate, environment and nature. We engage in supporting Holbæk's young people in understanding and acting on climate change and sustainability. Our transformation of the former Holbæk Nature School gives us the opportunity to create an enriching experience for all ages, where scouts, kindergarteners and exercisers can explore and learn in nature. Join us on a two-hour walk in the area, where you will be told about life in the zoo. Along the way, there is an opportunity to meet e.g. red deer, sika, fallow deer and mouflon and many more. Holbæk Animal Park is the country's first Biodiversity Animal Park, 45 hectares fenced with three species of deer and Mouflon. Come along for a walk and hear Forest Warden Asger Hansen tell how biodiversity is now and can develop in the old forest and the open country.
