At Olsens is a family-run business with a wide range of interests and activities. Founded by an engineer and a translator, we have been transforming an old apple orchard into a thriving cultural center since 2012. Our project began as a move from the big city, but has evolved into a sustainable cultural venue with its own brewery, live music and a great atmosphere. We are proud of our diverse existence, where we combine Lars' ship engineering background with the production of cider, beer and spirits and Cecilie's experience as a translator and project manager. We are passionate about creating the perfect setting for unforgettable experiences, whether it's an intimate concert in the bar or a wedding among our beautiful apple trees.
