Welcome to Poppelhaven, where nature and breathing unite in a unique oasis in the middle of the beautiful Vejle Ådal. Named after the majestic poplar tree that stands proudly in the northeast corner of our property, our garden and breathing tent provide a special retreat. The story of Poppelhaven began when our family was fascinated by the charm of the old tree and began to explore the garden that lay at our feet. A memorable moment occurred on a sunny day in June when the poplar tree sent its tufts of seeds into the world as a wintry surprise in the middle of summer. This event was the starting point for a close relationship between our family and the garden, and thus the name Poppelhaven was born. At Poppelhaven, the breathing tent is the heart of our activities. Breathing training and courses are facilitated here, and we place great emphasis on comfort and tranquility in the heated atmosphere of the tent. Our sauna, built with care and imagination, offers a unique experience with space for up to 15 people, while our outdoor kitchen creates the setting for cooking over a fire under the open sky. Located near the Issefjorden and Stokkebjerg Forest, Poppelhaven is surrounded by fantastic nature that forms an integral part of our course and activities.
