Kalk Kaminoen | 29 Km Vandrerute nær Viborg, Start & Kort

The Kalk Kaminoen is a unique walking route that stretches from Stoholm to Skelhøje and provides a rich experience of both nature and cultural history. The route goes through a landscape shaped by lime extraction in Daugbjerg and Mønsted to the north and heath areas to the south, where German colonists started cultivation and afforestation in the 18th century. The hike can be started from either end and can be connected to Hærvejen. Public transport is available and the route can be adapted as needed, so you can choose to walk all or part of the route.
