Krarup Church is a historical gem located on a natural hill in Krarup, approximately 15 km northeast of Faaborg. The church dates from the Romanesque period and was originally dedicated to Saint Morten. The oldest part of the building, the choir and nave, are built of granite, while later additions include a porch from 1767 and a tower from 1783. Inside, the church is adorned with vaulted ceilings and a cast historicist furniture from 1849, including an altarpiece and pulpit. The church is open to visitors on weekdays from 9 am to 4 pm, unless there are church services. Krarup Church is part of the Brahetrolleborg pastorate and shares a common parish council with Øster Hæsinge Church.
