Experience Nyborg Distillery in the historic DSB train workshops close to Nyborg Harbour – one of Denmark’s largest and most renowned organic distilleries. In the beautifully restored industrial buildings from the mid-19th century, you can follow the exciting journey from local Funen malt to organic whisky, gin, rum, vodka, aquavit and liqueur. Visit the distillery’s shop and café, taste spirits in the Remisen restaurant with a beautiful view of the fjord, or take part in guided tours with tastings at the copper boilers and the iconic old locomotive.
