Papirmuseet Silkeborg | Åbningstider, Parkering & Papirfremstilling

Welcome to the Papirmuseet in Silkeborg – Denmark's unique special museum for paper and papermaking. Located in the historic premises of Silkeborg Papirfabrik, we offer live demonstrations of handmade paper, which was previously used for Danish banknotes. Explore the history of papermaking, try making paper yourself, and gain insight into both Silkeborg's paper factory and the town's history. There are good parking options, incl. a car park right next to the museum.
